Private Lessons

Guided music and instrumental play, neither structured or unstructured, this time is spent on the floor, singing, playing, dancing, drumming, exploring. The goal of Toddler Time is to get younsters comfortable and familiar with common instruments like piano, guitar and percussion, to empower them to explore movement and meter through dance and song and to gain a self built base of fundamental musical ideas.

• $20 for 30 minute session at Tara's home studio

Designed for the youthful growing storyteller, with goals of base building for a strong theatre, vocal and character driven actor.

Tailored to the individual, each session is a chance to grow. With a focus on where the student wants to spend their learning time, goals will vary, but with an emphisis on creating a full triple threat musical theatre actor, Apprentices learn to use their body as an instrument for the stage. Gaining understanding of the diaphram, physicality and character study, learning vocal warmups and techniques and will even have opportunities in my theatre, where they might go on outings to rehearsal or perform in a show. Join me in musing, together we will grow your dream.
